I'm trying to find a movie I saw when I was a kid. It was partly in still frame. It was about a guy who was making a movie. I remember film canisters filling a garage, the man walking in a circle- digging a hole into his circle, and floating with his knees bent over a road. The title was something along the lines of Special FX? special effects? I believe. Please help if you can. Sorry so vauge; I was home from school sick and my Mom rented it.
