Okay. I saw the new Keyframe news. Only one of those is worth getting to me. The big set of the original Astroboy. But maybe I haven't lost hope for the future. Are all those historical cartoons being revived a good sign that maybe, just maybe somebody will go back into the archives and revive the shows from when I was a kid? Specifically the 80s shows? Some 80s cartoons are already out, but we need more. Today's generation of kids and people who grew up in the 80s need to revisit the glory of shows like Mysterious Cities of Gold and Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea and a whole host of other cartoons. The 80s wasn't ALL just toy commercials disguised as shows.

P.S. The re-release of the original Astroboy will be a perfect opportunity for retail stores to start restocking the "still just as awesome" modern remake.

I admit I perked up at the sighy of "Teddy Ruxpin" being released. I remember the toy being totally uninspiring but the series was actually something I didn't mind watching on occasion.

Speaking of which... *Garbage Pail Kids*?! Why on earth is anyone re-releasing this?

Personally I'm still waiting for the complete set of "Extreme Ghostbusters".

I can't believe there releasing "The Super Mario Brothers Super Show " on DVD, It's utter garbage. I thought that's why they put it on Yahooligans.com for free.

As if Garbage Pail Kids wasn't bad enough just being cards.
