I know it's an iconic part of the show athena, but you couldn't you have found another image without the swearing (or at least put in a black bar, those in the know will realise what's being said): keep the content safe for all viewers, after all. Myself I have no objections, but others might.
Besides, I thought they had killed killed Kenny
Anyway, I suppose it's nice to see that videogames are being targeted/validated once more by South Park; I remember the 'pokemon' episode myself (can't remember the moniker it used though), finding the ending nicely ironic.

That's not a found image... I created it using a screencap from the Warcraft teaser that I linked to in the article.
I thought of using just the cap, but it just looked like an ordinary Warcraft screencap without the dialogue--which was taken right from the teaser. I'll admit to having flipped for a moment whether to include the second 'bubble', but... well, as you say, it is iconic... and, while the word isn't a nice one I don't consider it a swear word... although I'm not really up on the subject of what is and what isn't...
Perhaps in my amusement over the fact they were mocking Warcraft, I inadvertantly stepped over the line that I've gone through a fair amount of trouble laying down in the first place... if anyone was in fact offended, I apologize.

I was doing some poking around and discovere they killed him in season 5 and brought him back in season 7.

Actually I'm currently reading 'The People of the Mist' by H.Rider Haggard, which was written in the 1880's or 1890's, and he uses 'bastard' frequently, in a context that I dopn't really understand. For instance, he comes across a slaver's camp in Africa, and it's filled with Portuguese, Arabs and Bastards. And he refers to Zulus as 'that bastard race'. It seems to have something like the same meaning as 'hybrid' or 'half-cast', rather than any other meaning I've run across.
Anyway I doubt it would have done much harm, when you consider that Little kids have been South Park fans for nearly 10 years and have been constantly exposed to that catch-phrase and much worse.

Well, to be frank, I've seen words at least as bad in reviews on this site.

I assume that would be during the ill-advised 'replace Kenny with Butters' period. I guess I can understand it, though. I wonder how many laughs you can get after 5 seasons of a running gag involving someone who never says anything intelligable. But maybe it would be a bit like the Beatles without Ringo.
