Met Bill Plympton at the Tribeca Film Festival

He was hosting "Animated New York!" a collection short films, including Plympton's new short "Guide Dog". The films very good overall, I highly reccomend watching them. They ranged from sadistic hand puppets to humping furniture, yes you read right, HUMPING. As meeting him I asked when his new film "Hair High" is coming out to theatres,he said the producers are trying to get the film out. I also got his autograph !

I'm surprised 'Hair High' isn't out yet in some form. I remember seeing Bill Plympton speak in one of the workshops at the Ottawa Animation Festival in 2004. The festival had a showing of 'Hair High', but I didn't get a chance to see it.
