Once Walt died watching Disney films get made was like watching master chefs cook hotdogs.

So I've been watching the headlines... Will Disney and Pixar renew their deal? Yes, no, who can keep track? Will Chicken Run revitalize Disney animation--now that they've tossed all their 2D animators out on the street? Will we ever see the end of the DTV nightmare? meh, probably not...
I imagine most people here are like me... they grew up on Disney features but have been scratching their heads for the past few years going... now that Eisner's gone, can Disney be saved? Or maybe another question might be should Disney be saved? Perhaps their day is done and it's time to turn the legacy of animation over to the next generation of studios?
thoughts?
