It looks like T&J are going back to basics, I hope the show is as funny as the recent "Karate Guard" short. This new Scooby-Doo show has some very ugly character designs.

This new Scooby-Doo show has some very ugly character designs.

It wasn't as if they were lookers to begin with, here it seems they had a run in with Cartoon Network's finest and lost. Think I give this a wide berth.

More hopeful about Tom & Jerry; but the best ones are at least sixty years old.

I know they weren't good looking before but they were cartoony looking. These just look....I don't know, weird. Hell, I really don't care since I never liked Scooby-Doo at all.

Sad but true, I think it's mostly due to subtraction of violence is why they haven't been funny in years. I still have hopes for the show. By the way, did you see "The Karate Guard" ?

Sorry haven't seen it. Gave up on Sky (satellite), and thus Cartoon Network, couldn't afford the expense; howdays it just doesn't seem worth the cost.

Only way I'd watch another Scooby Doo movie is if it co-starred Vyvyan from The Young Ones as Shag.

Loop

(actually you could also replace Scooby with Vyv's hamster 'Special Patrol Group')

Then you could have a movie with a title like

'Special Patrol Group - Why Don't You Die?'

It's at the bottom of the page. I must say, excellent animation.

Nice...

Jerry's did develop a knack for mousetraps as the original shorts progressed, so it nice to see him showing off his hard-earned skills. :D
