Hi,
I'm looking for information on eastern european short animation from around 1960's-70's.
In particular a cartoon that I seem to remember being shown when there was a gap in broadcasting, (kind of like the b/w potter shown when there was a technical fault) it was about a young girl with a pet parrot who bought a record of her favourite singer and listened to it every day which upset the parrot as it felt neglected then the record broke and the girl was upset 'till the parrot sang the song and she was happy again. There were other similar cartoons shown but this I remember best but can find no information on any of them.
Can anyone help??
