World's Oldest Animation Discovered

Apparently, animation was first created in Iran 5,200 years ago. The animation is recorded on a bowl, which was spun quickly to show the animation. The animation showed a goat jumping.

Now that is extraordinary. It is a bit more like an ancient comic strip if you ask me, but it is still an interesting find.
