This looks like an interesting movie. Traditionally animated in a black and white comic book style and somber in tone. It's apparently about a woman's personal life in Iran during the overthrow of the Shah by a conservative hardline government. I must catch it when the English language version comes out.

The movie is based on the first graphical book by Marjane Satrapi (I have read both of her books). From what I have seen of the trailers, it is exactly the same style as the books. I found her story to be interesting so I'll probably go see the movie when it shows up here.

BAHHH! I was at the animation festival in Ottawa and I missed it. The cinema was PACKED so we just left and had lunch..
I loved the graphic novel... it was awesome!
