So... did this division ever actually produce anything before it was assigned to making Pixar studios?
Pretty short lived enterprise.

FWIW I thought 'Toy Story 2' was the best thing Pixar ever made. But to be honest I'm not sure I could be bothered watching a equel to anything they've made since then anyway.

I agree to that.
- Toy Story 2 was a well-done sequel, and one of Pixar's best works ever. (At least they knew the best time to stop making sequels . . . Thank God there's no follow-up to that.)
- And many of Pixar's works after that (Finding Nemo, and probably some others; I've forgotten them already! ^__^; ), and even before TS, I really couldn't picture any sequels to them. Too obvious, if you ask me. (Yeah, Nemo was found. There's nothing else left to do, right? Except give Dory her own movie . . .)

I heard once that there was plans for a Toy Story 3... plot would be something like what happens when Andy outgrows Buzz and Woody... but, because of contract disputes with Disney at the time it wasn't likely to be made.
I can't help but wonder if it's back on the drawing board now...
