Pencil test for animation that's going into a Flash banner at work...

Considering I haven't done hand-drawn 2D animation in maybe 3 or 4 years... I think it turned out pretty well...

Looks good to me. The way the muscles move, and the way the body falls reacts to impulsion and gravity and such thing looks fine. I gather that's pretty hard to get the hang of (it's a bit hard to really scrutinise: when it was loading, it was too slow, and when it had loaded it was too fast).

Thanks guys. :D
I'll admit I sat around with my copy of "Bambi" for quite a while trying to figure out how Thumper and his siblings moved.
In the end I decided that the movement was like a beanbag being tipped back and forth... one side of the hop all the weight (or beans) are bunched up on the back end... beanbag stretches across for the hop, tilts, all the beans dump forward and scrunch up at the front end... the back half catches up... repeat as necessary.
The flash is basically done at this point, but I'm going to have to keep it offline until we launch... but I'll let you know when it's up.
