I didn't like how the lumberjack's jaw moved. it looked like it was cut in half.

To be honest, I agree with Dragon - I'm not sure if it's a good idea to animate mouths using bones. Have you considered just drawing them on top?

I've tried just animating them on top with the different mouth shapes, I don't think it looks that great to be honest.
This honestly isn't my best lip syncing. I've done better. This whole thing was kinda a quicky.
