World-Class Animation Critic
I dunno...this wasn't great. But somehow it held my interest all the way through, for the most part anyway. The art is not very good and doesn't improve much over the series. The conflicts are absolutely the same as any cliché anime conflict--hero enters and says lame line to villain, villain smirks and responds with equally lame line, one or the other then says a terrible one-liner that sparks the both of them into an "epic" battle.

One thing this series does have going for it is the voice acting. Most web animations do not take voice acting seriously at all...this one at least tries, and two actors in particular actually sounded entirely professional: Namely, Edwyn Tiong, the voice of Legend (if I had to pick a favorite character it'd be him), and Julia Nardin, the voice of Zumi. It may be worth it to watch this just to check out these characters.

This critique would have had me giving it a 2-star rating, but I gave it another half-star because, in spite of the overwhelming number of bland clichés, there was still something original or interesting about the characters and their relationships to one another. Or maybe I'm just in a good mood.

I found this strangly adictive despite being ultra violent. You can even see improvements in animation as time goes on.
I liked the original storyline about disapline in schools which is something that all the big cheeses need to think about nowadays. There was also enough cliffhangers to make you want to watch all the parts.

I also ask people who is the bad guy and who is the hero as I know it became clear in the end but in the begining it wasnt I didnt know who to like.
They should make a live action film of this.
