Before that terrible movie made them talk Tom (though in this short he was called Jackson for some reason) and Jerry speak which I think is ok makes a nice change from the usual Tom screams.

If you like to see a cat get romantic watch this short as it dosent have the usual amount of violence from a typical Tom and Jerry cartoon.

The voice work was brilliant much better than that affonmentioned movie.
