It's an enjoyable series, but not great. Something to watch because you want to know whats gonna happen next. Billy, the Comic Relief Character, has a very good amount of moments of hilarity. It has attracted a decent amount of fans, and has casts from cartoons by Hanna Barbera in episodes time after time, but not in every episode, plus a few tributes to famous movies, including star wars (what animation doesn't tribute to star wars these days?)

I guess I will have to divide this show into two reviews, let us start with the god-awful "Grim".

I hate the "Grim" part of this show so much,it is filled to the brim with annoying characters. Billy is the key reason why "Grim" fails,he is simply annoying and idiotic. Just like Cosmo in "The Fairly Odd Parents" parents,Billy is just a stupid character who whould not shut the hell up, his antics are simply annoying and not funny in the least bit. I also hate the rest of the side charcaters,they are only used for the many stupid sight gags, mere props for this show's "humor". The only bright spot of this show is Mandy, I think she's devilishly witty and down right funny at times. The way Mandy constantly tortures Grim is always fun to watch, who is a fairly funny character on his own.If show was just about Mandy and actually contained funny characters, I would definetly watch it. Just skip this one.

The "Evil" part of the show, which sadly is no longer part of the program, is a different story. This part of the show is basically about an evil brain named Hector Con Carne that tries to take over the world but fails. The gags and situations are actually funny,unlike the "Grim" part of this show. One of my favorite episodes was when Con Carne had to get to a briefing with his soldiers but he couldn't leave because Bosko,the bear he is attached to,was hibernating.I also like Dr.Ghastly, her desperate attempts to get Con Crane to notice her is always funny.General Scar is also funny character who constantly trying to kill Con Carne to take over his empire but also fails. The show is far from perfect though, the humor dosen't work as well as it should but it is pretty decent when it dose.

Overall,I think the superior show got dumped in favor of a highly inferior one.
