A fun, quirky series from Nick, which is more like 'Rocko's Modern Life' in character than it is say, 'Spongebob Squarepants'. The character design is catchy, the setting and overall concept are simple but solid, the art design bold and cool, and the humour is slapstick enough for kids while retaining some of Rocko's oddness for adults (some would say, quite a lot of it).
This is never going to be one of my all time favourites, but the characterisations of the long-suffering but pompous Norb, and the frenetic kook Dag, make it worth tuning in for if I remember it.
I missed a lot of episodes of this series, and have a feeling it might grow on me even more if I got to see it more regularly. One of the better series of the late 90's, though not quite up there with that decade's real elite.
