Very funny. This is about a white blood cell living inside a man. Lots of being sick and zits exploding. Though, it's not my thing, it is quite funny, and entertaining. This has evolved from a TV series 'Ozzy & Drix' (Drix is short for DRIXANOL.

Osmosis Jones had a ton of potential. There are a lot of clever ideas in it.
If this movie had been all animation I would have rated this probably three stars of maybe more. The animation is simply wonderful (it's by the same team who did "The Iron Giant") but the live action is dull and boring.
How this movie escaped a PG-13 (IMDB says it was originally PG-13 but had parts cut to make it PG), when it has one of the most disgusting gross out jokes I've ever seen, I will never know.
So, to wrap this all up, the animation parts are great but the live action is dull and unneeded so therefore this movie warrants 2.5 stars from me.

Osmosis Jones is one of those movies where it could have worked, but didn’t. It’s actually a pretty unique movie with some great animation, but the live action sequences are what bring it down.

The best thing about this movie is the animation. The style is nice, there is unique character design, and the animation itself runs smooth. The voice cast was pretty good, and the characters are ok. I’d have to say Drix was my favorite character, and the bad guy was pretty cool too.

The storyline is ok, but pretty predictable and chock full of gross body humor. Now for the worst part, the live action sequences. They are flat and disgusting. I didn’t like any of the live action characters, Frank was a nasty slob and his daughter was obnoxious. I’d have to say this film has Murray at his worst or almost his worst. Had they cut out most of the live action the film might have been a lot more enjoyable.

Uh as for the soundtrack, just a bunch of rock songs and I don’t remember anything of the score…

Overall I can’t say I’d ever recommend this movie. It has it’s moments where it’s pretty funny and it has some really nice animation, but the live action barges in on it and kind of ruins it, and the humor is a bit too gross in places.

Few and far between are the movies more boring than this one(I've seen them). Behold a few of the movie's more inspiring jokes. "Oh my God. He's going to yawn!" and "Have you ever tried to blow dry your hair with a fart?" And that's from the better part of the movie. The live action section is dull and lifeless and features a dull and lifeless Bill Murray. Not to mention some of the grossest body jokes ever flung out of a rusted typewriter. Sadly, the nifty look of the animation is about the only strong point, as the animated section is just barely any better. No drama nor any real humor. Just a dull villain, dull heroes, and a whole lot of really rough ribbing with "Look. I just made another reference to anatomy. Haw haw."

It was a real toss up whether or not to include this one in Keyframe since there's quite a bit of live action in it--none of which I would count as Bill Murray's finest hour. The animation is notable though in that it's got a very funky design to it and the animated sequences inside the body are definitely the best parts of the movie... if it were just them I'd probably be able to double my star-rating.

But unfortunately it goes downhill in a hurry from there into the dubious land of fart jokes and mucus disasters. I appreciate that a certain amount of body humour is required for a movie like this but the exploding zit scene still makes me feel like retching.

Watch only if you have a very, very strong stomach.
