I can't believe I am the first to comment on this series. I saw it in the original Castilian way back in the 80s. It is only loosely inspired in "D'Artagnan and The Three Musketeers", but the series works well as a whole. You must see the episodes in order to fully understand the story. I'd reccommend watching it especially if you are an 80s fan, but don't mind checking out the sequels (they aren't as good).
