Not to be confused with the boring reality tv show, C.O.P.S. the 80s cartoon was cooler than most shows from this decade had a right to be. It was an action cartoon but still had a little bit of certain something more. Not as much as Mysterious Cities of Gold or Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea. The opening had a sort of "Dragnet" feel to it, but the show had a futuristic atmosphere, and the characters were great. Certainly you could do a lot worse. I'm only sorry that I don't even remember enough about it to equal even half of the number of episodes it ran for.
