Ratzenberger won't do Toy Story 3
In a video interview with IESB, John Ratzenberger said he would not return to do the voice of Hamm in the planned non-Pixar Toy Story 3 movie. Pixar's favourite voice actor--he's done a voice role in every film they've made--says he won't be involved if Pixar isn't involved. Animated News says however that current rumours are that Tom Hanks and Tim Allen will be returning to reprise their roles.

What's up with 'Loonatics', doc?
Not surprisingly, many people are responding with outrage to the KidsWB's plan to update Bugs Bunny and friends for the new 'Loonatics' TV series. In this article from USATODAY, the responses from various people in the entertainment industry seem to go from Diane Sawyer's succinct "Huh?" to what Harry Shearer (The Simpsons' Principal Skinner) told MSNBC: "These characters don't look like they belong on a cartoon. They look like they belong on stage with Kiss."

Trailer for Bambi and the Great Prince of the Forest
The first trailer for the DTV sequel, Bambi and the Great Prince of the Forest, is now kicking around the Internet. You can find it on the Dutch Disney site in English with Dutch subtitles. For people who bought the recent Platinum release of Bambi, there is evidently a segment on the DTV as well. This one is scheduled to arrive in North America in Spring of 2006.
