Without Fear

A propaganda film designed to promote the Marshall Plan, Without Fear depicts postwar Europe as being too divided to reach its full potential. It calls for the nations of the continent to become united by the common value of freedom: "freedom, above all, to think what we like and say what we think - without fear"; this utopian Europe is contrasted with the dystopa of the Soviet Union.
