Halloween: Huey, Dewey and Louie are out trick or treating; Donald however is having none of it and promptly humiliates the boys with firecrackers and water when they come to his doorstep. Hazel the Witch witnessing the boys plight with Donald takes pity on the three and with her help the boys come up with a plan to make this a Halloween evening that Donald will never forget.
