Touche Turtle
Touche Turtle © Hanna-Barbera

Set in a vaguely pre-revolutionary France, and starring a three-musketeers-ish turtle, this Hanna Barbera series also featured the haplessly stupid canine sidekick 'Dum Dum'. As is is normal for such toons, Touche is the enthusastic straight man, and Dum Dum the tag-a-long sidekick who gets a few laughs for his immense stupidity and pessimism.
