After Charlie Dog fails to win an owner by advertising himself as the greatest boon to mankind, he decides to hitch a ride in a canary cage addressed to Porky. Porky is not happy with this unexpected and unwelcome guest and why the dog tries to convince the pig why he should stay, Porky tries various means to get the dog out of his apartment and his life.
