James Ray Steam/Rei Steam, a young inventor finds himself in possession of a new and powerful invention, the Steam Ball. However the nefarious Ohara Corporation is searching for this technological marvel, to use for their plan of dominance; and it falls to Steam to keep the ball out of their hands.
