All is well in the little mountain town of South Park, until the kids sneak into see the movie featuring the Canadian duo, Terrance and Philip. Profanity ensues, and the parents blame Terrance and Philip, place them under Citizen's Arrest, and declare war on their home country, Canada. It rests upon Cartman, Kyle, Stan, and Kenny to save their film heroes from the might of the American Armed forces, and the world from Satan and Saddam Hussien.
