A little girl named Wisp becomes the saviour of Rainbowland by driving out the darkness and gloom that had taken hold there. She is dubbed Rainbow Brite and with the help of her horse Starlite, the Color Kids and the sprites, she strives to bring light and beauty to the people of Rainbowland--and Earth as well.
