In this late 60's-early 70's Yugoslav TV series, which haunts the memories of many people, Balthazar is a scientest or inventor who is typically posed with a problem or dilemma. After pacing around in a Felix the Cat style, he reaches enlightment, rushes to his large and myserious machine, and performs a variety of equally mysterious operations which result in the distillation of a potion which will hopefully provide the solution.
