Popeye has shore leave and so goes on a date with his love Olive Oyl to the local carnival, Unfortunately Bluto decides to tag along. As the two compete in tests of strength and dexterity Popeye outdoes Bluto’s attempts, but while the sailor dances alongside Betty Boop, Bluto decides to kidnap Olive.
