Pikachu meets the Pichu brothers, two fun-loving, mischievous pokémon who live in the streets of a city; but in doing so Pikachu ends up separated from the rest of his band. The Pichu brothers inform Pikachu that they can help get him back and so the three set of on a journey through the city.
