Donald digs up Chip and Dale’s tree and moves it away because it is out of scale with his garden’s model railway town. When the two chipmunks return from their food gathering, they are also chased of by Donald for being off scale, but they soon notice that he has their tree and follow him. Donald gives chase and to escape his wraith the two chipmunks lock up in one of the the duck's model houses; where they decide to make themselves at home.
