The streets of New York are not know for being friendly and for the little orphaned kitten, Oliver, they're pretty terrifying. Luckily for him, Oliver is befriended by a gang of dogs lead by the street-sharp, Dodger, who all pick-pocket for their master, a homeless man named Fagin. This ragtag family of misfits runs into trouble when the evil Sykes schemes to kidnap the lonely little rich girl who just adopted Oliver!
