Mickey Mouse's second colour cartoon is a trip! Mickey's garden is being eaten alive by bugs, and nothing can stop them. Mickey declares war, mixing up a lethal batch of bug poison (with ingredients ranging from tar and castor oil to 'sheep dip'). He is aided by Pluto, whose enthusiasm is worse than no help, and leads to Mickey getting a faceful of his own herbicide - which proves to be, well... psychotropic.
