Andy and his father are relaxing in their home when they hear a knocking sound. At first they think someone is at the door but soon find that it's that woodpecker again, hammering holes in their house. While his father takes the direct approach to getting rid of the bird, Andy sees if he can stop the loon by putting salt on his tail like it says in his book.
