Unflappable in the face of adversary, Huckleberry Hound goes from one misadventure to another. Mangling the song ‘Clementine’, Huckleberry foils nefarious types, avoids being bitten by non-anthropomorphic dogs, and otherwise tries to do the best that he can in whatever he happens to be doing; whether that be hunter, postman, or a knight in shining armour.

The main part of the Emmy award winning "The Huckleberry Hound Show", which also included Pixie and Dixie (along with their nemesis Mr. Jinx). It also included segments starring Yogi Bear in its first and second seasons. Yogi would later go of to form his own show, the bear’s absence on The Huckleberry Hound Show would be filled by Hokey Wolf.
