Hong Kong Phooey
The misadventures of Penry, a janitor at the local police station. Everytime he overhears that a crime is being committed, Penry jumps into his special file cabinet and emerges as Hong Kong Phooey--American's greatest crimefighting superhero. Yes, Hong Kong Phooey is famous, with his kung fu moves and his transforming phooeymobile, but he's also hopelessly incompetant and his triumphs over crooks usually happen by chance rather than anything he did.
