Young magician Prince Frederick of France loses his father to and is transformed into a frog by her evil aunt Messina, who wants to take over the kingdom and rule the world. Frederick escapes her attempt on his life with the help of the lock ness monster and flying to Earth, goes to live with the other frogs. After growing up, the now human sized Freddie goes into the human world and becomes France’s greatest secret agent F.R.O.7. He is called to Great Britain to investigate the disappearance of several famous landmarks with the help of Tech expert Daffers and weapon specialist Scotty.
