Colonel Blueblood’s winter house watchdog Smedley picks up a package containing Chilly Willy, who takes an immediate interest in the Colonel’s prize fish-shaped trophy. Unable to eat the steel fish whole, the penguin puts it through a meat grinder to make it bite sized; leaving Smedley to retrieve and glue the pieces back together, only to have Chilly smash the fish up again.
