Felix and his owner Willie eat hotdogs instead of studying and when the school bell goes off Willie doesn’t know his lessons. After they get caught cheating, his owner Willie is giving a homework assignment to do: find out what makes the moon shine. Felix decides to make amends by finding out the answer.
