The supply of aludium fozdex, the shaving cream atom, is running alarmingly low, and so the world calls for the help of "Duck Dodgers in the 24 1/2 Century" to find Planet X, a world believe to exist in a region of unexplored space. With the help of his Eager Young Space Cadet (Porky Pig), Duck Dodgers finds the planet just moments before Marvin the Martian arrives. With both wanting to claim the planet in the names of their respective home worlds, a battle of wits and technology begins.
