All ghosts are suppose to be scary, but little Casper doesn’t want to be like other ghosts; his wish is to be a nice ghost and make friends. Packing his thing, he Runs away from home to find someone to make friends with, but who’d be friends with a ghost? After scary away some farm animals he meets two children who befriend him and ask him if he wants to play.
