Sylvester spots Tweety in his cage at the top floor of the Broken Arms apartment building. He soon finds that the apartment doesn’t welcome cats and so has to come up with various ploys and disguises to get to the bird, while avoiding the attentions of the Desk Clerk or Tweety’s owner Granny.
