Max draws Betty Boop, who 'comes to life; manipulates objects on the desk and interacts with the live actors. Notoriously, Betty briefly exposes her breast in this pre-code short, during the hula-sequence, but be ready with the freeze-frame, because it only lasts 1 frame.
