Otis the cow is a carefree, party animal who enjoys singing, dancing and playing tricks on humans. Unlike his father Ben, the patriarch of the farm, Otis isn't concerned about keeping the more human-like qualities of the barnyard animals a secret. However when Otis suddenly finds himself in a position of responsibility, he must find the courage to step up and be a leader.
